ARE WIZWEDGE SHOES SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE?
The geometry of the WizWedge® shoe is suitable for every athlete from a young age.
It improves postural balance and support, ensures better injury prevention and performance optimization, while relieving the entire posterior muscle chain.
Thanks to its removable and customizable wedge, this ergonomic shoe adapts to the athlete's weight and their practice conditions.
The wedge is made from innovative materials among the highest performance, tested in the laboratory.
Three categories of wedges are offered: Cushioning, Medium and Dynamic.
CAN I USE A PAIR OF WEDGE IN ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES?
No, the wedge cannot be used with any shoe other than Wizwedge athletic shoes. The wedge is not configured to fit into a traditional athletic shoe. The anatomical architecture of Wizwedge shoes represents the proper configuration for using wedges.service emails, increasing conversions, and creating a more satisfying shopping experience!
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Returns are free for all orders placed in mainland France in accordance with our T&Cs.
Any other return from Europe, the French overseas departments and territories or the rest of the world will be at the customer's expense.

CAN I PUT MY PLANTAR ORTHOTICS IN THE WIZWEDGE SHOE?
There are no contraindications to using your custom-made foot orthotics, made by your podiatrist. Simply replace the original insoles with your custom-made foot orthotics, leaving the wedges in place.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order:
Before shipping, contact customer service directly and indicate the reference of the order you wish to cancel.
After dispatch, and within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the products, by sending us an email on our contact form , in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale, and by returning the products to us in their original condition.

CAN I USE A WIZWEDGE SHOE WITHOUT A WEDGE?
The wedge is an essential component for using the Wizwedge shoe. It is imperative to pair a wedge with your shoe before use.
CAN I ORDER A PAIR OF SHOES WITHOUT WEDGE?
Because the Wizwedge shoe cannot be used without a wedge, it is not possible to purchase a shoe model without at least one pair of wedges. Conversely, it is possible to purchase one or more pairs of wedges alone.
CAN I BUY MULTIPLE PAIRS OF WEDGES?
Depending on your needs and expectations, three categories of wedges are available: Cushioned, Medium, and Dynamic. It is therefore possible to purchase several pairs of wedges, to interchange them as you wish.
CAN I PUT A DIFFERENT WEDGE IN EACH SHOE?
Wedges are not designed to be mismatched. We recommend using identical wedges in your pair of shoes.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I AM LOOKING FOR ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
We do our best to keep all of our products in stock.
