RULES OF THE ONLINE COMPETITIONS

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The company WIZWEDGE, a limited liability company with a capital of 1,000,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 114 boulevard Camille Flammarion – 13004 Marseille – France, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 750 722 076 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), organizes for its brands, free games with no obligation to purchase on the internet (hereinafter referred to as “the Games” or “the Game”).

The Games are announced by a publication on the brand's Facebook page or Instagram page or on the Wizwedge website (hereinafter the “Publication”).

These operations are neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft or any other company other than the Organizing Company.

The Games are governed in their entirety by the provisions of these rules, supplemented by the terms of participation detailed in the publication announcing the Games (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”), to which each person submits upon participating.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND DURATION OF THE GAME

The Game is free, without obligation to purchase, is open to any natural person, of legal age, with a user account on the site www.facebook.com , or www.instagram.com , or a valid e-mail address entered on www.wizwedge.com depending on the site on which the Game is announced and residing in Metropolitan France (Corsica and DROM-COM included) (hereinafter "the Participant(s)"), with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and their families, the commercial partners of the Organizing Company, as well as any persons having participated directly or indirectly in the development, organization, realization and/or management of the Games.

It is specified that the Participants authorize the Organizing Company to carry out any verification concerning their identity.

The mere fact of participating in the Game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these Rules.

The duration of the Games is specified in the Publication announcing the Games.

Any participation before or after the dates and times mentioned in the Publication will be considered null and void and will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The terms of participation will be set out clearly and precisely in the Publication.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The Winners will be selected according to these terms by the Organizing Company from among the Participants (hereinafter referred to as “the Winners”).

The terms and conditions for designating the Winners of the Game will be set out clearly and precisely in the Publication.

Only one Entry per person and per Game is permitted for the entire duration of the Game - the first and last name, email address, Facebook/Instagram username of a Participant must only be present once among the list of Participants).

It is specified that the costs incurred during Participation (internet connection costs, etc.) will remain entirely the responsibility of the Participant.

The Winners will be informed of their winnings, following the selection, via a private message on their personal Facebook or Instagram account or by email depending on the medium on which the Game was announced.

The Winners will then be invited to respond before a certain date determined by the Organizing Company and specified in the private message, indicating their contact details in their response in order to receive the Prize in the form of a promotional code.

ARTICLE 5 – FUNDING

The Winner(s) will win the prize indicated in the Publication (hereinafter the “Prize”).

The commercial unit value of the Endowment will be specified in the Publication.

Any Winner who does not respond within the time limit from notification of their win and the associated Prize will be deemed to have simply waived their right to win and the Prize will then remain the property of the Organizing Company.

If the contact details provided by the Winner(s) are incomplete, incorrect or unusable, the Winner(s) will lose the benefit of the Prize.

Each Prize is nominative and cannot be awarded to another person. Each Prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be reimbursed in cash or in any other way, and is non-transferable.

If, due to force majeure or events beyond its control, the Organizing Company cannot deliver the announced prize, it reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent value and similar characteristics, without this giving rise to any dispute of any kind whatsoever.

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participants authorize the Organizing Company to carry out any useful verification concerning their identity, age and contact details.

Registering under a false identity or with the identity of another person or providing false information or registering under multiple identities will result in the cancellation of the Participation.

Failure to comply with these Rules, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its terms, will not render the Participation of its author null and void.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to put back into play any prize acquired fraudulently.

Although the Game is accessible on the Facebook platform, Facebook will not be held liable in any way for any dispute related to the Game. Facebook is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the Game.

ARTICLE 7 – DATA PROTECTION AND FREEDOM

As part of the management of the Games and the sending of Prizes to the Winners, the Winners are asked to communicate to the Organizing Company personal data concerning them, namely:

- His name

- His first name

- His pseudonym used to participate in the Game

- His email address

In accordance with the regulations relating to the Protection of Personal Data, Participants have the right to access, rectify and withdraw their personal data, as well as the right to portability, limitation and opposition to the processing of this data. The Participant may exercise all of these rights by writing to the Organizing Company at the following email address: contact@wizwedge.com .

The Participant may also lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, in this case the CNIL, if he considers that the processing of personal data concerning him does not comply with European data protection regulations, at the following address:

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The responsibility of the Organizing Company is strictly limited to the organization of the Games, the designation of the Winners and the allocation of Prizes to the Winners.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for Internet network congestion, the quality of Participants' equipment, or the quality of their access method, which could have repercussions on the delivery time of responses or the connection time required for Participation. Thus, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if the Participations are not registered, incomplete, or impossible to verify.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to interrupt, modify, shorten or cancel the Games in the event of force majeure making it impossible to carry out the Games, without incurring any liability as a result. In such a case, the Organizing Company will inform the Participants via the platform on which the Game was published.

The Organizing Company will not be liable for any damage incurred during the use of the Prize.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES

These Regulations are subject to French law.

Participation in the Game implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Rules.

Any disputed interpretation of these rules, any disputed case as well as any cases not provided for will be decided by the Organizing Company. No request concerning the interpretation of these rules which reaches the Organizing Company more than fifteen (15) days after the end of the game will be answered. No telephone request concerning the interpretation of these rules will be answered for reasons of cost and logistics.

This competition runs from 4 p.m. on December 6, 2022, to 11:59 p.m. on December 15, 2022. The prize awarded to each of the 4 Instagram winners drawn at random will be as follows:
